Instructions on how to download and install the basics of Deathcam v2

Installation #

First of all, you assign the cb-animaltask file from your keymaster account to the ‘resources’ section of your server.

then go to your server's server.cfg file

ensure cb-deathcamv2

After doing all this, first and foremost, you must enter your Steam Web API key in the config section so that we can obtain the players' Steam information correctly.

If the player enters the game with Steam closed, a default photo will always appear in the Config.DeafultAvatar section. You can replace this with any photo you like, even your server's logo.

The script is already a simple script, so there is no need for complicated installation instructions, but if you want to change your banner after typing /deathinfo, the default banner size is set to 400x40. So if you enter a 400x40 photo link there, your banner will display without any problems.

If the player has entered a closed game on Steam and you want to change the photo that will appear on their profile, simply place a 42x42 image in the cb-deathcamv2\html\img folder and specify the name of that image in the config file.
